It is important that you know what to expect from us, and when. We'll discuss your timeline (including the time it may take to get your home ready, addressing repairs, cleaning, etc.), schedule a staging appointment and pre-book our photographer. Other items — sign placement, lockbox placement, projected on-market dates, broker and public open houses (if desired) will also be discussed. We want you to be inconvenienced as little as possible, so planning these items with clear expectations and accountability is really important to us!

We will also try and project based on past sales an approximation of how long it may take for your home to sell. There are lots of variables—past sales history is not the only factor. Time of year, pricing, condition of home, etc. are some of the other considerations.
